Open or launch iTunes.

Then, under library name, check the box for iCloud Music Library and then click on OK.


Then click on File in the menu bar, then go to Library, and click on Update iCloud Music Library.

Visit Services, Stores, and iCloud system status website to check the service status.


If the indicator is green then iCloud is running fine. You can then proceed to troubleshoot. However if it’s yellow or red then Apple is probably preparing for an update and you just have to wait awhile and check the status again.
